Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct expected of all users — including Clients, Partners (businesses), and administrators — when using the Nottral platform. It exists to ensure a safe, fair, and trustworthy environment for everyone.

By creating an account or using the platform in any capacity, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, depending on the severity of the offense.

Prohibited Conduct

The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the Nottral platform. This list is not exhaustive — Nottral reserves the right to take action against any behavior that undermines the integrity or safety of the platform.

Fake or Duplicate Accounts

  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
  • Using fictitious identities to register as a Client or Partner
  • Impersonating another person, business, or entity
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals

False or Fraudulent Appointments

  • Booking appointments with no intention of attending
  • Repeatedly booking and cancelling to disrupt a business's schedule
  • Creating fake reviews or ratings for appointments that did not occur
  • Manipulating appointment data to obtain undeserved refunds

Illegal or Harmful Content

  • Uploading, sharing, or linking to illegal content of any kind
  • Posting discriminatory, threatening, or harassing messages
  • Distributing malware, phishing links, or other malicious software
  • Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates applicable law

Financial Fraud

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Inflating prices or fees to deceive Clients
  • Laundering money or facilitating unauthorized financial transactions through the platform

General Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or platform logic for personal gain
  • Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform without authorization
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Using automated tools (bots) to interact with the platform without prior written consent

Enforcement & Consequences

Nottral employs a graduated enforcement model. The severity of the response depends on the nature of the violation, its impact, and whether the user has prior offenses.

Nottral reserves the right to skip graduated steps and impose an immediate permanent ban for any violation that poses a serious threat to user safety, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

Appeals Process

Users who believe their account was suspended or banned in error may submit an appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed within 10 business days, and the decision is communicated via email. Nottral's final decision on appeals is binding.

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this policy, we encourage you to report it immediately. All reports are treated confidentially, and retaliation against reporters is strictly prohibited.

Anonymous reports are accepted but may limit our ability to follow up or take action if insufficient evidence is provided.

Governing Rules

This Acceptable Use Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and GDPR. In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law shall prevail. Nottral may update this policy at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
